Change URL from index.php?option etc to just the Page name?

I want to know if its possible to change the URL of the Pages? For example, I have an Online Store, but when linking the page the URL is long:

http://www.mysite.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=161&Itemid=117

and have it like:

http://www.mysite.com/onlinestore
