I set up an article as a newsletter and broke it up as 5 pages. I like the way it says Next after each page but I do not like the vertical menu at the top of each page and would like to get rid of it. By using firebug, I see that it it is listed as <div id="article-index"> in the html but I don't know how to get to the html and delete this.
